2006 Annual Report

The City of Johnstown has 3,663 total parcels on the tax roll. Of these parcels a total of 3,433 are taxable in roll Section One. The total assessed value of all taxable properties is $202,640, 317.00.

The exemptions for the city are:

    Veterans - 502
    Enhanced Star - 556
    Basic Star - 1,500
    Low Income Senior - 135
    485B Small Business - 20
    O Zone Exemptions - 3

When the Board of Assessment Review Board met in May of 2006 only one property owner attended to grieve their assessment.

As of the end of December, Maxwell Appraisal Services has collected data and pictures on 1,240 properties throughout the City.
