            Council Member __________________ presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption.

            BE IT
            RESOLVED, that the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to execute an Inspection and Service Agreement, a copy of which is annexed hereto as Schedule ‘A’, with Chubb, a UTC Fire & Security Company, for a five (5) year term commencing December 20, 2011 for annual fire alarm inspections, cleaning and documentation services for the:

• Johnstown Public Library, at a yearly cost of $621.00;
• City Hall, at a yearly cost of $828.00; and
• Senior Citizens Center, at a yearly cost of $621.00.
