RESOLUTION NO.     8, 2012  

             Board Member  __________________ presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption.

            WHEREAS, the City of Johnstown Water Board has an agreement with F&W Forestry for forestry management of watershed property and               

             WHEREAS, Timber Sale “2012 Cork Sale” sealed bids were opened February 12, 2012, revealing high bid of $39,150.00 was received from Gutchess Lumber Co. 

              NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 

              RESOLVED that the President of the Water Board be and is hereby authorized and directed to sign the Timber Sale agreement as outlined for the 2012 Cork Sale with Gutchess Lumber.
