             Board Member ____________________  presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption.

        

            Whereas the Water Board purchased a 2004 Jeep Liberty for Water Department from Apollo Northeast.

 

               Resolved that the Clerk of the Water Board is hereby authorized and directed to transfer as follows:

 

                F1990.400 Contingent Account $8,995.00  to

 

                F8310.200  Water Administration- Equipment
