Resolution No. ____, 2012 

            Board Member __________________ presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption. 

             WHEREAS, the City of Johnstown Water Board has oversight authority over the management of the municipal water supply; and 

            WHEREAS, the Town of Johnstown wishes to access certain property owned by the City of Johnstown for the purpose of redeveloping Old Sweet Road into a full Town Road; and  

            WHEREAS, the Town of Johnstown desires access to Old Sweet Road to conduct certain surveys, soil samples and investigations to determine the cost and feasibility of developing the road. 

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT

            RESOLVED, that the President of the Water Board be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Property Access Agreement, copy of which is annexed hereto as Schedule ‘A’, with the Town of Johnstown to access Old Sweet Road for the purpose of conducting certain surveys, studies, and investigations.
