Resolution No. _____, 2012 

            Council Member __________________ presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption. 

            WHEREAS, the City of Johnstown acquired property at 109-111 Burton Street through its In Rem Foreclosure proceedings; and 

            WHEREAS, previous property owners, MaryLou Brunetto, Vincent Brunetto, and Kenneth Brunetto, have paid all back taxes, interest, and penalties due to the city and have paid the 2012 city tax bill; and 

            WHEREAS, based on the foregoing the City is willing to transfer the property to MaryLou Brunetto, Vincent Brunetto, and Kenneth Brunetto upon payment of all filing fees due to the Fulton County Clerk; and 

            WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Common Council to approve said conveyance. 

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT

            RESOLVED, that the Common Council does hereby approve the conveyance of the aforementioned property; and be it further 

            RESOLVED, that the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to transfer said property to MaryLou Brunetto, Vincent Brunetto, and Kenneth Brunetto
