adoption:
WHEREAS, the City has acquired certain properties through
its Tax Sale foreclosures, to wit property located at:

WHEREAS, the City is desirous of selling said properties
and returning them to the tax rolls in a manner which will promote the highest
and best use, and
WHEREAS, it is the judgment of the City, that the highest
and best use of said properties is to offer them for sale to the public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED,
that the City will hereby solicit sealed written proposals for the purchase and
use of the parcels designated on the Tax Map as follows:

;and be it further
RESOLVED, that each sealed written proposal shall consist
of the proposed purchase price/offer together with a bank or certified check
equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price, and be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to advertise once in the Leader Herald, the official newspaper, which
the City is soliciting, sealed written proposals for the sale and disposition of
the aforesaid premises. Said proposals to be publicly opened by the City Clerk
and City Attorney on the 30th day of May, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the
City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, Johnstown, New York. The City hereby reserves
the right to reject any and all bids.
