Resolution No. _______, 2012 

            Council Member __________________ presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption. 

            WHEREAS, the City has a permit from the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) which allows it to take destructive wildlife from its watershed property; and  

            WHEREAS, the Johnstown Water Board wishes to engage licensed trappers to protect its watershed property. 

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT

            RESOLVED, that the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement, a copy of which is annexed hereto as Schedule ‘A’,  with Mitch Rogers for trapping services to protect the city’s watershed property.
